Who the hell are you to preach, Mr. West?

I was going through news where people are being killed in Pakistan and other neighboring countries with these american drones and troops. And this is actually nothing new. These news feature everyday in newspapers of southeast and central Asia and disturbs me every time i read it. It is like interfering in someones domestic affair and to that extent by killing the nasty child of the family. Why the hell west does`nt mind it`s own business? I am asking this because these western powers have always disturbed people around them. Those who talk of peace are wolves in the sheep`s skin.
Where were they when Adolf Hitler was killing millions of people on the name of religion?
Where were they when millions were castigated to follow Christianity word to word?
Where were they i ask when millions were enslaved from every corner of earth to work in their gardens?
Where were they when people were becoming cannibals in Europe?
Where were they when aboriginal tribes were killed and raped to capture their lands?
And, where were they, when their own god was hanged on a cross with a pierced body?

The western history is open for everyone to see. They have had far more issues on human rights than any place on earth in the past and "they" preach of human rights? what a shame.
Even more shame is that we allow them into our territories to let them preach our people so they learn language, culture, lifestyle and management from them.

Yes, the south/central Asia has issues about human rights, it always had and so has every society on earth, has it not?
I want to say that, their are certain rules that apply to every place and every society to live in, in India, they are such, america it`s different, Russia, completely something else. These rules are determined of learning and they are actually rules of the land which are passed through generations to survive in environment like that. Can anyone from another location know or tell what is right for the locals? He cannot. And with this, i can say with evidence, that the worst thing that could happen to human race is the colonization of countries across the globe. Yes, i do understand that money and power can get anything but, misuse of it can lead to the loss of both the powerful and the suppressed.
And the interference of western countries in the matters of the east to such an great extent is uncalled for and is constantly disturbing the environment of the regions both politically, demographically. It is just like telling someone to suddenly start speaking some other language or eating something else than their own staple. Every change takes time and these matters of societal development must happen according to the need of the people as and when their mindset allows them to take a step forward they are capable enough to take action and do what is good for them. We see this in the middle east and north africa where a string of dictators are and were thrown out of their comfortable sofa and even killed by people who now look for a democratic freedom.
I ask, was there anyone to tell the greeks to put foundations of democracy? No, it was the need of the hour and people realized it and implemented. This itself proves that we are intelligent and capable enough to rise against the evils of the society and find our ways through. And since, no one has dictated terms during the cycle of development of the west, i believe no one else has any right what so ever to get into my house and tell my people what to do. we are efficient, more intelligent and united than you ever were or ever will be. South asia has always been like brothers from the pashtuns of the north to the dravidas of the south and will always prove this whenever the need arise. The current differences have been embedded by a series of invasions of west but know how to recuperate and soon the world will see our might.
My only suggestion is- INTROSPECT.

Walmart and the Indian Mess (FDI in retail)

Since many people have said many things about this hot topic (in many ways), here`s my take on it:
Let`s see what are the most importantly visible issues faced by the indian economy in the day:
1) High Inflation rate.
2) Slowing growth rate.
3) Depreciating currency.
4) Unemployment.
5) Red-tapism.

Well, there are many more but i focused on these few which are directly related to out topic for discussion today.
In india, we have a population of nearly 20% of the world and songs of fast progress are heard from kashmir to kerala, we hear about the history of india and current intellect that shows our progress in knowledge industry like softwares etc.

Then why do we fear??
Is this issue actually of so much importance??
i was a unsupportive of this development until a couple of days coz i thought this is another propoganda of thr ruling congress to sell out our nation to western powers; but soon i realized (after a lot of research) that this may be far useful for the nation in these troubled times. I will tell you how;
But before that, certain imp. facts about walmart:

a) Walmart posted nearly 420 million in revenues in 2010 which is around 40 % of indian GDP.
b) it is world`s largest employer of around 2 million people.
c) Ranked by revenue, it is world`s 18th largest public company.

Now, let us begin with agriculture:
Indian agriculture is a messy business occupying 50% population producinf 8% GDP.
It is widely controlled by government and prices, imports, exports are closely monitored; and hence at the end of the day, we have 33% of our crops/vegetables rotten before they reach our plates due to known or unknown reasons.
Such mishandling after close monitoring makes unusual sense that someone can be held responsible for making (prosperous) india hungry. We all know who is the culprit.

Anyway, how can this problem have a solution in organized retail and if there is, why it couldn`t be done by local organized retail giants (so-called)??
Answer- we have Big bazar, reliance and aditya birla group as important retailers in the trade but they don`t seem to create a mark as there is not much difference in their prices when compared to small retail shops and they cannot give you credit unlike the latter. They are rather a "all brand under one roof" instead of shopper focussed retailers.
So, how can walmart be different?
Following is the chain of supply of crops and food materials in india:

Farmers----> Government-----> Processors----> Retailers-----> Customer.

This gives us that farmers interest are kept at the highest stakes as government sets the price for the produce at which it can be produced by processing people like mandi or sugar making company etc. which is further transferred to retailers and then to the customer.
Now, this was the model by the govt. but what red tapism is doing is far bad, as in, government officials are supported by prcessing units and govt. acts as the representative of them instead of farmers. This benefits both the government and processors while farmers are left alone. Hence, the prices for the retailers hike and ultimately customer has to pay a higher margin even though it costs much less, which also gives rise to food inflation which is already running in double digits in our country.
Walmart, which in itself is of a size of a country, can protect the interest of consumer and actually they will have to in order to stay profitable in this country for the basic premise that one wouldn`t go 10 KM`s out of his home to purchase stuff instead from a kirana wala next street at the same price just because the store is swanky.
Sorry for incomplete post. will do it in some tym.

Books and an eye

Today when i closed my eyes, i saw books. and an eye. Only one eye. I don`t know what that meant until i thought further...
Why is it that people in history wrote so much? Why would one do that? i mean why is it that i`m writing this blog?
I might say that this gives me pleasure and satisfaction to let people know what my thinking is, what`s my perspective and how different it is from yours or it might say how much intellect i possess and how puny is your thinking (maybe worse) or it is just a piece of fact unrelated to anything about the reader. Something that others might not know but the writer found out spending time and effort. But why would someone give something worth so much (his effort and time) for free or just a couple of bucks.
Lets travel to history to seek the truth, since what we are is the repercussions of what we were.
I am told that in India. centuries ago, the education was for a privileged few. Either those who could afford it like Kings etc. or those whose parents are themselves teachers hence, the Brahmins. But why was it like this, when the cost of information was not too much for a noble man in those times. They worked, came home, ate and took rest, why not is it permitted to them to share the knowledge the same as their highness?
The answer is that the knowledge was a set of secrets that are provided to kings so that they could control these people. Since, brahmins and kshatriyas were the ruling communities that time, they were given education as a source of power to control (manage in other words) the property and people under their custody.
This gave them those select few their share of image boost of being superior in the community since they had the most "secrets". Again, people would praise them a 100 times when they told something from their magical secrets (quote: Budhha) and this gave the story teller another boost in their ego.
But they never knew, that they are themselves slaves to someone else`s thoughts. Those who wrote what they read. That`s the reason they had only one view, only one eye through which they also saw the world. They say it those texts were written/spoken by God himself and those are absolute, above everything that is and ever will be... and i believed that too until this day when i`m writing this post and hoping that someday someone will come and view this blog and praise me for something that he always knew but never stumbled upon. Well, this is life and Praise to my ego is its necessity.

Dealing With Anger.

Who are you getting angry at? God?
When everything is a gift of god; the heart, soul, brain and everything around you, then why is this anger?
Your life is not your life. It is a gift of that supernatural being that has been given to you for something that he feels is worth a gift. Cherish it, as if a kid would`ve done. Open it slow and steady to see what is there inside the box. Enjoy playing with it; have fun as much as you can before it somehow fells off your side table and `eventual`-ly breaks.
But remember; play with your life at your own call, not at the desires of someone else. This will give real excitement & joy.
Play with it in the best possible manner, there are no boundaries to go after but there`s an eventuality called death of the toy, so, run fast, enjoy. It`s like a crèche for kids this earth is for you. You meet people like, fellow kids who come there to play, teachers who somehow teach something to you in practical that you carry forward in the next stages i.e. your next reincarnations and hence you enjoy. So, play and learn so you can improve keep doing it until you realize into that supernatural being inside you.
Today I closed my eyes to look for something and I find darkness. I believe this is the second stage of my game. One was to convert my irregular thoughts into darkness and thence, seek for that light that is inside my mind. I don`t know when this is going to appear but I will enjoy killing this darkness surrounding me.
